weight loss by dieting and exercising?
Q: Hi,
i am going for gym for the past 2 weeks (skipped 4 days bcoz of pain). I also following the diet of my own reading from various places.
but here are the things i am doing daily.
around 7 am: 1 orange + 1/2 litre of water before workout in morning.
around 9-10am: 1 fruit plate (banana, water melon, chickoo, pineapple, honey)
11 am: take a milk / tea before lunch with 1/2 tbsl of sugar
...
.. can you also mention your age height and weight , by the way , eating a small meal evry 2 hr will help u reduce better ... .) or a fruit or roasted chana.. these things are low in cal and gud in fibre which will help in losing gud weight ... .
