
What should I do to burn more calories than what I consume?
Q: Hello. I've recently joined this site and discovered its wonderful resources. Iam 21, 5'7 and currently 90 KG.
I have found out that my daily consumption of food (1000 cal) is more than what I burn in exercise everyday, which is 700-800 calories (I take aerobic classes 4 days a week and Yoga 2 days) I cannot exercise vigorously for more than 1 hour because I have a ligament injury in my left f...
(still no weight loss despite exercising) So now I eat in a way that the gap in my small meals is 2-3 hours, instead of 6 hours ... -1700). I managed to bring my weight down from 95KG to 90KG since February to August, this year, but I have reached a standstill in weight loss since August ... . Q: I have been doing a 50 minute treadmill for the last 2 months for 5 days a week where i alternatively run for 5 mins and walk at an inclination for 5 mins. i dont over eat also...
but my wt seems to have increased by 5 pounds over the last two months! it is shocking and alarming...
