Q: Hi All, I am 10kgs overweight and i want to start the weight loss program... At this moment in my life I am not in the best of shape and not highly motivated.. but i want to start my way to a healthy way. My plan is to do GM Diet once in 3 weeks and do 1hr walk daily.
