    Eat only egg white, salads, and citrus fruits two meals a day.
    Eat 2 slices bread at breakfast.
    Walk one hour after every meal.
    Every six hours have a teaspoon isabgol with four glasses of water.

    I am planning to daily cycle from Trinity Church to Marthalli Bridge from 6 AM to 7 AM. 20 kms 500 KCals will add one extra kg loss every two weeks. Anyone interested can contact me.
