I'm sailing in the same boat as you are except that I'm heavier:( so it may be a relief to know that you're not alone in this battle. I think you're doing most of the things right...if you have more time on your hands try working out a little more. I find that (brisk/power)walking helps my body to lose weight. Also strength training helps...Anyway, keep the fire going and Good luck!!
