Though Soya is a high biological value protein food, it is equally rich in phytates which inhibits the absorption of its own proteins. Hence consuming soya in its fermented state like Tofu, Soy cheese and Soy yoghurt enhances its protein value. Is there a reference supporting Soy's efficiency in PCOD's?

Why should soups and fruit juices be avoided for dinner?

For oily hair use plain amla powder as a hair wash or Triphala powder (plain), a classical Ayurvedic preparation can also be used.Make a paste of either of these powders, apply it on the scalp, retain it for 20-30 minutes and wash with cold water as and when your hair gets oily. There is no harm if you wash your hair regularly because of its natural trait. For the dandruff, especially during winters, soak scalp in lukewarm sesame oil for an hour and wash hair with luke warm water. Use shikakai to wash hair.

Yes, but sesame oil is better than coconut oil as sesame oil dyes hair better than coconut oil. 12.5g of dry amla, 50 ml of sesame oil and 200 ml of amla juice boiled to a consistency until the oil looses its moisture completely can be used as a regular hair oil for grey hair.

No plant food on earth has cholesterol in it. Coconut is rich in saturated fats. A normal healthy person can very well eat coconut chutneys but if your body fats are on the higher side it is better to cut down on those nuts. They are good sources of proteins and minerals.

It depends upon the purpose. For Intestinal worms tender leaves are used. For brushing and tongue scraping twigs are used. For therapeutic use like in Skin diseases its bark is used.

Well, dry coconut is not used in chutneys. They are used only to make sweets.

High protein low carb diet isn't a healthy way to promote weight loss as high protein diet converts proteins into fats and also cause protein loss along with water loss.
