I liked the article but most people on this website are trying to lose weight so mentioning rasagullas was pretty mean! :((

I was in the same situation you are in last year. In May 2009 I weighed 95 kgs and I slowly worked to lose the weight for my wedding. My wedding is in November 2009. I am 5'3'' and I weight 67.2 kgs now. I need to lose another 15 kgs by my wedding which is in 99 days (3 months).

My weight is currently stuck so I am thinking of sticking to HIIT(high intensity interval training) and keeping active all day. I do not eat carbs after 6-6.30 in the evening and I start my day with a warm glass of water after chewing some jeera. But let me tell you... you cannot stick to the same plan and routine all the time. You need to change it on a regular basis when your body stops responding to it.

Time is of the essence ... Good Luck!

I was on Metformin 3 tablets a day but I went to see Prof. Dr. Anup Mishra (the HOD at Fortis Hospital) in Delhi and he stopped Metformin because I was reducing my weight. Its important to keep reducing. If your weight is stuck try something new, give your body a shock your weight will and has to go down!

Time is of the essence ... Good Luck!
