to reduce fat,you have to work out,and to gain muscles also one needs muscle training by lifting weights.best done in fully equippe gym.somhow i dont believe in certain diets like high protien etc, keep a balance diet, small portions, avoid refined, sugary and oily food.

i liked the article in the life mojo site about how to lose tummy fat.i tried abdominal massage by a product called clarins,it really works miracle.i lost belly fat and my friens were thinking that i did tummy tuck, but when i left massage and came to normal eating, that fat set again,i need to be aware of the fact that fitness is a life long affair ..........lol

it is a good idea to join a gym,u get to sweat, otherwise u tend to lose the interest if u r on ur own.choose aerobics ,steps or spinning if u want to shed pounds off, there are other exercises for maintanence.

he he he,you will find me different than other lot of people,I dont kill my desire, wat i do is eat a small piece of what i crave for and tell myself,it is better that i can eat this much as well.

try eat as little as possible of thing of your choice, like one slice of pizza once a while or share one scoop of icecream between 2 people or just throw the rest.you will feel good that you can control your craving.

can we make a group, where we can quickly communicate with someone about our cravings and someone can really help us at that time,it happened with me,i was talking to the nutritionist of life mojo and i told her i feel like having chocolate and she told me go and brush your teeth ,you feel like having it.if someone genuinely interested, let me know

i read about the rule of 20/20
it works like this after every 20 minutes of computer work ,you walk 20 steps.one must change the focal length of eyes more often.
