    Hi ,
I am a 28 yrs old working women and 3 months back I was 72 kgs. With the help of an diet consultant I able to reduce 10 kgs.
But though I lost 10kgs , people around me are telling that I do not look like I lost 10 kgs.So weight loss is there but probably that much volume loss is not there. My outfit size has been reduced by 2 sizes.
So I want to know how much body volume loss should I expect ? what is the normal ratio ?

    Sourabh ,
Thanks a lot for your response.
Just to inform you that I did not have any crush diet course. It was a proper diet plan and 30 mins per day walk combination.

I talked to my dietician regarding this. What she telling is that once you got these things ,nothing can be done. This may go only with time.Else whatever you do like massage , body tonning or the service provided by some company like vlcc etc are waste.

    Hi Nischit ,
I wud suggest you to start your day with a 30 mins walk.Initially start with walk only them as you bcm comfortable with it try to combine walk-n-run.gradually you will get result.atleast contnue it for 3 months to get a effective result.it actualy helped me.Along with not taking sweets or fries or other hi-cal food ,do not forget to take 3 ltrs water per day .
    All the best !!

Nice article. It really really helps a lot to make a good day for yourself.Earlier, 6 months back i used to sleep at 1.00 am and wake up at 9.Whole day at my work place seems to be latherjic borning and also started having headache regularly. Now I changed my routine totally and I made a BIG difference.Waking up at 6 am , followed by 40 mins of walk.At morning I am no more in hurry for office.Getting enough time to make breakfast at home or watch morning news or to read newspaper. The day starts with a good refreshing feeling :) And moreover no more late nights..no more heavy heads..now i am getting a sound sleep at 11.00 PM.

    Hi Anupama ,

I feel some small corrections are required in your diet chart.First of all you did not mention about time. One basic principle is that NEVER STARV YOUSELF FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS.

I think below things should be changed:

    1. Exclude honey from lime water. it's high in calorie
    2. DO NOT take tea/coffee as first thing to eat at morning.
    3. Always use skimmed milk/curd (britannia/amul/nestle).
    4. Better you do not take museli now. It's includes nuts/raisins. You can eat it once you reach the target.
5.There is long gap betwn your evening snacks and dinner. Better you eat one fruit before tea and drink a glass of milk 1 hour before dinner.
    6. When you are having sweet/icecream , make sure that you are eating it before evening.
    7. And MOST IMP POINT ...you should drink atleast 3 lts of water !!!!!A MUST ...
    8. Work out of 30 mins/6 days is must must and must .

By following these basic rules (consulted a reknowed dietician), I lost 16 kgs in last 7-8 months and now happily and easily maintaining 55 kgs :)

Enjoy yourself ... have a healthy life

    Love,

    Hi ...
I am 29 yrs old and 54 kgs.To tighten my muscles, I have started doing some weight training for hands and thighs. Now, after 5-6 months, my hands and legs are toned up and in much better shaped. But I heard that doing weight training makes a woman's body bulky and guy-like masculine. Is it true ? or just a myth ? Along with cardio , how much weight training shall I do in gym ( 4-5 days a wk) ?

    Please help me ....
    Thanks in advance
