I am having trouble losing weight. I work out in Gym for half an hour. I do 15 mins cardio and 15 mins strength training. I am also watching what I eat. But yet not getting results. I am suffering from PCOD. So what diet should I follow?
There are so many advertisements. can somebody tell me which is the best cooking oil which can be used. I am asking this for the fact that I want my family to stay healthy and disease free. Any oil which is free from choleterol, low in fat etc?
