I dont think it as choclate or burger.. i think it as how many calories i will eat. When i think its 200 calories then i prefer to eat lots of veggies, yogurt, fruits than just 1choclate.. :)
but may be a outline for daily eating can help to maintain ur intake calories.. I always juggle to decide wht to eat and when so a indian diet guildline or a sample diet will be very helpful. Plz help. Thanks
