point 6....carrot,tomato and radish have enzymes....sure. but when consumed...are they not treated by the body as any external protein and are digested by proteases?

i left for my studies abroad in 2008. 3 months before that....i went on a vegetable juice diet...coriander,mint,carrot,tomato,kheera,lime juice and honey blended.
and with milk...i used to have bran and honey.
i used to walk twice or thrice a day...around 20-25km on the whole and lost around 26kg in 3 months....from 114 to 88.
but once i came to sweden.....i somehow messed it all up with lots of shakes and other fatty food like pizza and stuff....and put on 14kg..and shot up to 102.
iam a converted veggie....been that way since 2005.
but i lose a few kg and sometimes gain em back.
    what do i do?
    iam pretty active though.
    i can walk a hell of a lot...but time is a constraint.
what do u think i should do to lose 20kg by the end of november....when i will get back to india for a vacation?
