    I am getting desi massage done everyday along with diet n excersise.... just wondering if it helps?? does one burn calories during massage ???

    tx shikha ...great response....i m getting it done by a fairly well traines massuer ....everyday for 1 hr ...the most beneficial area is my arms ....my loose flab has now tightend and luks more firmer.....just wondering if one looses calories whilst getting massage done ??

    tx shenaz ...tx for the info ....i found out where it is available in india ...will arrange for it soon. for now i m usuing a similar product from VLCC. I don't think its made any difference. for now i m gyming , aerobics and also dieting ...i hv in past lost a lot of wt but this time its been a difficult journey as i was detected hypothyroid a few mnths back ....i m already on the medication ...will continue wz the regime ...whether or not i loose wt .....
