    swetha,
threadmill are supposed to consume u r glucose and asks for more food after it.
do some wt. reducing exercise which consumes glucose. then do threadmill which will help you reduce wt.
also u should have some thing before running. some thing like a fruit and water atleast 30 minutes before.

weight losing faster is not good. it should be reduced gradually. hence have a balanced diet, do some general fitness exercises for 1-2 hours every day. you should be reducing 2-3 kg per month and they should be maintained.

    Megha,
    you mentioned this
    ---
cardio includes a 20 min treadmill, 15 cycling, 15 elliptical, 5 mins rowing and 5 mins stepper. plus abs which has crunches and rowing
    ---
cardio are those that help reduce the fat in our body. you should always start with workout. not with cardio. In that way, all your glucose are consumed by workout exercises. Then when you do cardio, your fat loss starts. Also remember this cannot happen just like that. the more you do cardio after workout, you reduce weight in long term. your body's Metabolism should get set. then things will change.

some times, your weight can increase by 5 kg. but at some point, it will start going down. hence dont worry abt timing. follow what your trainer says.

@lifemojo: one request. In india, weights are referred in kg unit. can you make sure u r not using pounds??

    vibhu,
do not plan. u wont get it executed. jump into the stuff. talk to the trainer in a gym. tell him that u want to loose weight. they will give the workout plan. follow them. if they provide diet plan, then follow it. other wise, eat what your body can accept. avoid oily food and fatty foods.

    vibhu,
not liking gym is ok. i am not a gym person too. i have no other choice. running on the road is a issue for me as stray dogs follow :(. there isnt big ground like nearby. hence i am hitting gym. good that u r a athletic person. u should get back that energy.
