Can someone tell me if eating 2-3 pieces of kokkam ( Garcinia Indica fruit ) everyday helps in weight loss...or if there would be any side effects if consumed daily
Thanks Payal....I have been having this( ( 2-3 pieces) ) from past 1 month in a dry fruit form ( which is black in color )and have not found any side effects as of now...I dont like the sharbet form...is it ok to consume the dry fruit ?
