    Hi, I am new here but just wanted to start with my 2 cents on this article.
    Another very important thing to bear in mind is the posture while sitting. Most of the guys who work sitting at a desk all day don't pay any attention to their posture while sitting. This includes me as well. Try to sit erect all the time with your body not slouching, this will help your back and prevent back pain. Experts, please pour in more tips.

    This is really a very nice article...running is an exercise where you see fast results, which in turn keeps your motivation high. It is a perfect way to kickstart weight loss. as mentioned here your running gear and hydration are of utmost importance.
