Thanks for the great eye tips.... Another good eye exercise is to do zig zags with your eyes every 30 minutes if you want healthier eyes.
1. Start looking top left uppermost corner - push to look as far top left as possible.
2. Then "Zig" - move your gaze to the far top right corner.
3. Then "Zag" move your gaze to the bottom far left corner.
4. Then "Zig" move your gaze to the bottom far right corner.
5. Then "Zag" move your gaze to the top left far corner again.
Do this a few times with a far focus, a mid range focus and a near focus.
You can also do the "+" vertical cross instead if the diagonals as additional exercise. Make sure you do these with differing focal points... some near and some far. - Your eye has muscles that need to be exercised.
If you stare at a PC screen "fixed focal" distance for hours - your eyes are getting no exercise.
So be smart, have a heart… and take a regular break – Exercise your eyes with love.
