Great tips by Rahil and Wilson, it will work out, and u need some motivation to lose weight, the best motivation for me was: i use buy small size dress and my biggest challenge was to fit into it, and it might work for u too, but only motivation and no action again would not create results, u need to work on ur diet, the best thing is to be conscious of wat u eating.Keep a tract of ur daily diet in LIFE MOJO " MY JOURNEY". I track my diet everyday, and it act helps me out to analyse and make me feel guilty if i overeat someday, I have lost 18 kgs by following these tips, it will definitely help u out too, and one more thing, make sure to add a bit of yoga(pranayam)in ur daily activity too, i do kapal bhati 30 min in the morning, afternoon and evening, and i have controlled my diet completely. I was 77 before i followed any of these, and now after 5 months i am 59, wats say,, it works right?,, it definitely does. all the best.......!!!1
