What time of day are you exercising? If you exercise in the morning, it's likely not the problem. Exercising in the late afternoon/early evening might make getting to sleep at night more difficult because your heart rate will still be elevated from your workout when you go to bed.

Good luck with getting the sleep you need!

    Hi,

To increase weight you have to include some rich calorie foods which are healthy eg (milk and milk products, pulses,if non-vegetarian include non-veg,dry fruits and nuts) in your diet and doing exercise on alternate days is good concentrate on weights which will help in ur muscle building.

Well with proper exercise and good balanced diet, you can get 6 packs. Join a gym and tell your instructor about your dream. Eat healthy, like soya, whole wheat, milk and calcium tablets.

    All the best!!

By gaining muscle and keeping your weight same, you will reduce your body fat percentage. Eat plenty of protein and keep training on the weights. If done properly you'll improve your lean muscle and as a result the percentage of your body made up of fat will decrease as your muscle mass increases.

I have not tried this product, but I believe that all such products are scam. Only way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. Just do brisk walk or jogging for 20-30 minutes each day and avoid fatty foods and you will reach your ideal weight.

There is no scientific evidence on such pills which claims to reduce fat fast. They are all scams in my opinion. Controlling your diet and exercise are the only two proven ways to reduce weight.

You are already going to gym so thats good. Now, also control your diet to include healthy foods and cut back on fatty foods. Take protein supplements as instructed by your gym instructor if you want to build muscles. The more muscle mass you will have the more calories you will burn.
