i like taking my almonds raw, as they are
no soaking..nothing, it keeps the crunch in them!
there are also smoked almonds, that taste great, but i always feel playing around with nuts makes them lose their health value... so i like all nuts raw
and about 2-3 a day, i don't think it will! one almond has around 7 calories, time 3 = 21..... if you think of the avg adult calorie intake (daily) this is nothing!
i think 2-3 are perfect per day!
