I eat a 1400 cal diet everyday iam 138 pounds aiming at 120 doing it very gradually one pound a week with diet and exercise combined. I want to shoot for loosing 2 pounds a week versus my one pound a week current regime. I waas wonder if we can fast for a day with only fruit diet one day of the week so that we get better results ?. Also i do 3-4 days of exercise. please let me know ur thoughts
