    1. Apply a paste of honey and cinnamon powder before going to sleep. Wash it off in the morning.
    2. Remove the thick skin of aloe vera leaf and take out the gel from it. Be careful to avoid yellow which is not good for irritated skin and might cause inflammation. Apply the gel on skin avoiding eyes

Why don't you try yoga. It is not only good for reducing fat but for over all health. Yoga has some specific 'aasana' or postures for reducing tummy fat. However, you must learn them under expert guidance because yoga gives much importance to breathing techniques while exercising.

    Harsh is right.
Exercising might not be your cause for feeling exhausted during day time. It might be sleep apnea. many People can't sleep well at night due to frequent waking up. They may not remember the waking episodes but this disturbs their sleep which is the reason for daytime exhaustion. Here you seem to remember your waking up in the night. Do you snore a lot? Ask someone in family to observe your sleeping pattern for a couple of days and see f you are snoring. You must know about sleep apnea if you can't sleep at night. Read it here http://bit.ly/9pLjyx

Hi, I did try herbalife shakes a few years back. Although I did not experience any side effect but also did not get any benefits from it. Actually I felt very weak after taking these products - i don't know whether it was because of the shakes or because I cut down on my food intake as was directed for losing weight! I found walking, yoga and a healthy food regime beneficial for weight loss.
