Cramped a little around after the first mile. I think it's because it's the afternoon. I do better in the morning. Also a little windy at mile 3. Hurt the lungs a bit. But i made it. Personal best!

A little more out of breathe then Saturday but I think I'm ready to add another 1/2 mile tomorrow
