    @ Bala: very correctly said brother.dats true.doing cardio after the workouts really creates wonders.cut off the fat and make visceral fat as low as one can.Thanks for the info here

    u need to cut down de fab and monitor ur visceral fat too.persons wid six packs will almost be on de scale of 4-6 of visceral fat.dats de best percentage of fat 2 be maintained infact.so try to do more of cardio,crunches,weight trng and all.i mean circuit training helps you out.last but not the least.diet matters a lot.eat protien food with complex carbs and avoid simple carbohydrates.gud luck

    Thats foolishness my friend.please dont try for 15 kilos.jus do it for 5-6 kgs n dat wud be 5n.or else u may face some problems in future.
