    Hi

I have to avoid certain foods, and wonder if your diet chart caters for that.

    High Blood Pressure
    Chronic Fatique
    Aaemia
    Insomnia
    Palpitations

I cannot eat meat, it make me physically ill.

Hi - we've had a lot of good response to men with Acne - by taking a natural element called Zinc. The way my nephew took it, is one tablet of 25mg Zinc twice a day with food. Try to buy the Zinc that is Chelated. We buy it from our local supermarket.

The nutritionist told us that the Zinc element is very short in men, especially men with skinny legs. But all men need it for sperm production. So if they are short, then the first place it goes is to the production of sperm and the rest of the body loses out. So if he replaces it as a supplement, the body can begin to heal. It seems that Zinc helps to boost the white blood cells, which fights infections.

If he has got very oily skin, then try Vitamin B Complex. The Vitmamin B's working together help to balance the oil in the skin.

I hope that is of some help.

Also, for a cleanser he should avoid anything which causes an imbalance to the skin. cleansers which cause stripping of the oil are very bad, because then the skin over compensates and makes extra oil.

A good natural cleanser is bicarbonate of soda, say about a quarter teaspoon, made into a smooth paste with some water. Gently rub over face, then rinse off. Be careful because some people have an allergic reaction, so do an allergy test.

Witch Hazel is a great relief for extra oil. Use after cleansing, apply to smooth cotton wool and dab on wet face.

He needs a good moisturiser that is organic and light and won't block the pores. Do you have one?

Hi - the only way I ever lost it is by losing weight everywhere. The two best things that worked for me was running and light body building, high reps, light weights.

Hi, you can get it by the right amount of sleep, good diet habits, regular excercise and fresh air.

Also, many vitamins contribute towards glowing skin. I find that primrose oil and flax seed oil really give my skin a lovely glow.

But if your skin is not glowing, its not one remedy that fits all. You have to find the underlying cause first, then address the cause. What is the reason, is it lack of sleep, illness, kidney problems, liver what?

Drparesh if its due to bad circulation, a teaspoon of hottest cayenne pepper in some warm water, drink that three times a day and see how it improves. But start with small amounts of the cayenne if you are not used to the heat. It seems to be one of the best spices for circulation.

    Hi Rahul

If you want to gain fat, eat more.

If you want to gain muscle mass, do body building, if you do it correctly you will see an improvement from the first two weeks, and then over time your body will change.
