    First of all cut the junk food, even if you are not working out!
    Then analyse your weight, select the right diet plan and start walking! Once you get into that practice, you will see how you turn up! Best of luck,

    I mostly suffer from headache because of dehydration, surprisingly it was not not covered in this article. I beleive one of the main reason is water loss, or not drinking enough water and leaving the body dehydrated causes headaches in our Indian subcontinent.
