    In any weight loss process, diet, physical activity and lifestyle modifications is very important. In diet inclusion of high fiber like oats, barley, fruits and vegetables.
    Physical activity inlude like climbing stairs, brisk walk. lifestyle modification like early dinners, have every meals on time. sleeping time.

    Life is a rollar coaster ride. It passes from several different phases. You have to adapt to the changes of life then only you will enjoy life. At the beginning everyone faces problem to adapt any new changes in life. But slowly, it becomes a part of life. Likewise if we want to have a good health and good skin, we need to put on a little bit extra efforts . Start slowly, indulge in more amount of fruits, increase your water intake. Don't get worried over little things in life. Try to do Yoga or atleast some breathing excercise as it will relax your mind. Regarding careers goals, set some short term goals and work on it, and then plan.
