Does stationary cycling help in the same? I used to cycle for 45 minutes to 1 hr last year but my weight didn't reduce a bit, so I left that (I know I shouldn't mix fat loss and stamina but still shouldn't these exercises help in fat loss as well?). I want to increase my stamina along with fat loss.
Some people say that we should do different types of exercises rather than one form, like 15 minutes cycle, 15 minutes walk and so on...Any suggestions?
