    Most of us these days cannot have pure milk these days so apart from milk, which kind of diet is rich in calcium? How can we fulfill the deficiency in calcium?

    How to increase stamina? My stamina is quite less and get tired very soon in comparison to other females. My weight is normal according to my height.

    Does stationary cycling help in the same? I used to cycle for 45 minutes to 1 hr last year but my weight didn't reduce a bit, so I left that (I know I shouldn't mix fat loss and stamina but still shouldn't these exercises help in fat loss as well?). I want to increase my stamina along with fat loss.

    Some people say that we should do different types of exercises rather than one form, like 15 minutes cycle, 15 minutes walk and so on...Any suggestions?

    How many times a day should we have hot water? I am asking this bcoz in summers it's really difficult...will 4 glasses of hot water suffice?

    This is the worst fat to reduce and needs lot of patience (I know it's very tough to keep on exercising patiently if you don't get results). Lower abdominal exercises will help you. You can find lower abdominal exercises on net and if you do it religiously for 3 months you will start getting result in 3 months. Try taking hot water also after the meals.

    Yes right, I am quite conscious about my diet yet I am controlling a lot these days. Thanks a lot for the prompt replies Sandeep! Discussion helps a lot to build in the confidence that whatever we are planning and doing is right and "We can do it!"
