    hi there.. i am 90 kg (male) and i need to reduce my weight to 70 kg in just 35 days as i have to join army failing which i will lose my opportunity to be an army officer... could you please give me quick weight loose tips.. please help me.. i will be greatful to you.. thanks. waiting for you response..
    P.S. I have been taking lemon tea in the morning empty stomach and i managed to loose some wt and also i've been running two times a day..
    will swimming be better option too??? i want to start swimming too along with running.. please give me your valuable suggestions....

    neither i am askin for crash diet plan nor i m on such kind of diet.. i m takin lots of vegetables, furits and salad.. drinkin plenty of water and lemon tea too.. i m just looking for something extra which can put cherry on the cake.. you know what i sayin??? smthing which can speed up the wt reduction in a good way..

    anil sir,, a very very BIG thanks for this valuable information.. actually i m running twice a day in mornin and evening.. about 3 km in each timing.. nd doin exercise too.. wt i don't know is mathematical part.. like how much calories do i need to need to reduce per day.. nd how mch does running cuts..
    could you please tell me about HIIT little bit more..nd how many kms do i need to run each day to burn out half kg a day... nd also about shadow boxing... i dont know bout this.. nd one more thing i need to ask you i was thinkin of join GYM.. will it help??

    i have managed to reduce my waist from 38" to 36" within 4 days just coz of ur tips.. now daily i run for 3 kms in mrning and 3 in evening and i have been increasing distance day by day.. nd after running i do cardio and aerobic exercise like stepping, standing sprint, situps... along with it gud diet plan... lemon tea twice a day.. fruits n vegetable al the time whenever i feel hungry... lots of water...
    Now.. i want to ask you smthin
    1. bout situps, dips n pullups.. won't they build muscles nd give me extra weight as muscle weighs more than fat..
    2. won't it be good if i practice HIIT daily in morning...
    3. what kind of weight should i do in gym...means Light or heavy nd how much reps??
    4. should i do weight first and then cardio or vice-versa???
    please clarify this..

    @Anil... how u doin man?? sorry for respondin after a long time.. actually couldn't access internet for a while... neways.. it's been gud experience.. i have lost 6.5kg by now (excluding today).. workin on ur tips.. doin HIIT and cross training.. skippin, situps, dips with 6km runnin in a day.. n havin plenty of salad n fruits... acutally my thigh muscle has been pulled while doin sprint.. so its been difficult to sprint for the last couple of days.. what do i do??? my thigh muscle pains whenever i try to sprint.. so instead i just run faster bt not sprint (which i want to do !!!) otherwise everything is ok perhaps i need to reform my workout schedule.. isn't it??? wat do you say?? nd one more thing yaar the other day i just lost my control n ate some namkeen nd mithai... how much it would have affected me??? pls reply..

    @anil.. thnks man.. i had already increased speed a little bit n i can feel my stamina has build up.. bt i've not been doin weekly long run.. now i'll go for dat.. so how should i do it??? 12 to 15 kms non-stop? means joggin or little bit sprinting also?? nd once i ate a little bit more n bro dat wsn't gud experience for me.. wt just stopped there.. nd i feel my wt has come to a stable point means it's takin a long to reduce.. wat shud i do now.. now its goin 300 gm down per day.. i m worried.. wat do i do??

    @Anil.. hi how r you man?? sorry to writin so late.. good news is i have cleared the medical exam for which i was workin so hard.. i have reduced my wt to 76kg.. so with you tips i managed to lose 14kg in 28 days.. thank you very much again.. you are just awesome..

    hey anil wats up... i was just wondering wat do i do to maintain this wt...means for the last one month i've been takin just veg n fruits..bt now i've started takin normal diet.. bt i go for runnin only in the morning not evening.. so won't i gain wt again????
