i have managed to reduce my waist from 38" to 36" within 4 days just coz of ur tips.. now daily i run for 3 kms in mrning and 3 in evening and i have been increasing distance day by day.. nd after running i do cardio and aerobic exercise like stepping, standing sprint, situps... along with it gud diet plan... lemon tea twice a day.. fruits n vegetable al the time whenever i feel hungry... lots of water...
Now.. i want to ask you smthin
1. bout situps, dips n pullups.. won't they build muscles nd give me extra weight as muscle weighs more than fat..
2. won't it be good if i practice HIIT daily in morning...
3. what kind of weight should i do in gym...means Light or heavy nd how much reps??
4. should i do weight first and then cardio or vice-versa???
please clarify this..
