Good to hear you work out @ gym, try using treadmill. Another suggestion would be while doing workout's please ensure that you take barely enough water to moist your throat & not to fill your tummy!
Let me make my point very clear drink sufficient water thru the day but while your @ gym just enough to moist your throat. Good going buddy also lemme know your pattern of excersise, lets try & see if we can make a difference.

    Srinath,

Mate your pattern sounds fine, which makes me wonder what could be missing?
Are you performing the excersise's in the right manner? Specially while doing Abs breathing does matter!

Tell me how long how you been following this excersise & diet pattern?

Moreover, along with your excersise I would suggest keeping away from the following atleast / until you find results:

    1) Soft drinks - Strict 'NO'
    2) Pasteries / any bakery item a big 'NO'
    3) Curd rice - plus you may reduce your intake of rice to just once a day preferably just for lunch.
    4) Ghee / Butter
    5) Bread / Bun
    6) Biriyani / ghee rice
    7) Juicy chicken / kabab's - rather reduce in take of non-veg include more veggies & pulses.
    8) Bananas
    9) Reduce intake of Tea / coffee [If you can't go without it just have 1 cup a day]

Instead try & take black coffee without sugar, it does help but i would suggest dont make it a habit just take it for a month.

If you are located in bangalore, You may feel free to contact me... i can share my personal experience.

Bob, sorry to hear that you had to shell out so much money on that product, had i known this earlier i would have suggested POSITRIM for you...much much cheaper & effective meal replacement health drink. However, i'm not permitted to promote products on this site.

Note: Aplogies Mojo Team, i wasn't promoting any product now, its just that i don't want anybody else ending up spending so much money the way Bob did...

Hi Priyanka, 1 quick Q. are you by any chance having flat foot?

Heel pain is quiet common complaint, and there are several common causes. Suggest that you don't prolong this matter for long rather meet an Ortho @ the earliest.

It is important to make an accurate diagnosis of the cause of your symptoms so that appropriate treatment can be directed at the cause.

Would suggest Rest : for instance, take a few day off jogging or prolonged standing/walking. Just resting usually helps to eliminate the most severe pain, and will allow the inflammation to begin to cool down.

Soak foot in hot water with salt, you may also get some help for foot massage.

Another suggestion would be Shoe inserts, they are often the key to successful treatment of heel pain. The shoe inserts often permit patients to continue their routine activities without heel pain. [You may find in medical stores or even in Bata showrooms].

All these would give you relief but you need to check with an Orthopedics Guide at the earliest. Good Luck Mate!

Hello Friends, everybody is interested to know & try anything & everything to reduce tummy. When we make suggestions would request utmost clarity specially with exercises.

Pranayama means "restraint of breath", but how is the question?

The Technique of Kapalabhati involves short and strong forceful exhalations wherein inhalation happens automatically.

There are many who complain about various methods which infact have worked out well for many others, the reason here is that they don't concentrate on breathe in/out while performing these exercises.

We spend long hours sitting at desks, in cars or when relaxing, slumping in front of the TV. Parts of our body get overworked such as our neck and shoulders whilst others will get weaker, invariably the lower back.

I would like to invite expertise to share your valuable thoughts on how to improve Posture.

Note: Anybody suggesting Yoga methods...Pls be specific as if it were to make a layman [obviously me] understand, let your language be as simple as it may sound. Thanks in advance!
