How is Apple Cider Vinegar Made?

The process of making apple cider vinegar involves first fermenting the apple juice. From this, alcohol is made by adding yeast and sugar to it after which the fermenting bacteria is added and vinegar is made. This acetic solution, along with the pectin derived from the apple, has a fat-burning effect. Apple cider vinegar is freely available these days and can be purchased off the shelf or online.

How Should Apple Cider Vinegar Diet be Taken?

The following points show how apple cider vinegar should be taken.

  • Take 1 to 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar before meals (not more than 3)
  • Dilute apple cider vinegar as it is highly acidic. Apple cider vinegar can be added to a glass of water or any fruit juice and taken.
  • Ideally, use a straw while drinking apple cider vinegar to protect your teeth (drinking it straight could damage your tooth enamel).
  • Apple cider vinegar is also available as diet pills, which are far easier to consume.

Beneficial Effects of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Suppresses Appetite: It is believed that apple cider vinegar helps in suppressing the appetite. This helps with reducing the amount of food you consume, thus bringing down your weight.
  • Increases Metabolic Rate: The unusual combination of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in apple cider vinegar helps elevate your metabolic rate. The higher your metabolic rate, the thinner you will be.
  • Acts as a Diuretic: Apple cider vinegar is an excellent diuretic. This helps the body to eliminate toxins from the body easily as well as brings down the bloating you may feel. ACV is especially beneficial for women during their menstrual periods.

These days, women are so busy with more important things to attend, it becomes really difficult for them to find time to go to the gym or go for a retreat to look after their health. When something is so easy to use that is known to have weight loss properties, it is definitely worth a try.
