In ayurveda, it’s believed that hair is a byproduct of bone formation and the very tissues which are responsible for the growth and formation of your bones are responsible for hair growth too.

Individuals with excessive pitta in their system are ones who are prone to hair loss quite early in life. They are also susceptible to premature graying and thinning of hairline. Excessive pitta accumulates in the sebaceous glands on the scalp at the roots of the hair that will cause hair fall.
