Rashmi Cherian

Rashmi Cherian is a Registered Dietician with more than 3 years of experience in the field of Food & Nutrition. She has qualified National Eligibility Test for lectureship. She worked as a Stroke Dietician for 2.5 years in the Department of Neurology, Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana. Along with this she also worked with the Dietary Department of CMC to provide quality food service & nutrition counseling for all patients. She conducted various group sessions for patients & their relatives regarding disease & diet.

She has also worked as a Principal Investigator for a major multi centered research "Impact of Premorbid Nutrition on Stroke Outcome in Indian Population" under Dr. Jeyaraj D. Pandian (Professor and Head of Research, Dept of Neurology, CMC & H), and she also presented this research paper (oral) in 19th World Congress of Neurology 2009, Bangkok, Thailand. Currently she is working with Lifemojo Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Diet Expert and specializes in all therapeutic counseling.

Rashmi appeared on a health show "Health Line" & presented dietary advice for stroke patients on a Punjabi channel. Her various health related articles are published in newspapers like Times of India, Indian Express, Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala and Punjab Kesari.
