Mayank Attrish

Mayank has had a passion for sports and working out since his schooldays. It was while graduation where he started studying about fitness and spent almost all his  free time in the Gym, exercising and seeing people. By the time of post graduation in computers he managed to make a superb balance between sports and studies and his true passion - Exercising, Aerobics. He was chosen Mr. Ghaziabad twice for best physique. He believes in turning dreams into realities.

He believes passion, learning ability, execution, patience are four important things to get success and to be happy in any field. If you are lacking in any one of these then you won't get results you would have dreamt of and that leads to frustration. So, training mind is of same importance as training body because it's the mind that fails first not the body.

He is now a fitness manager at Snap Fitness, helping over 200 people across india from different fields like modeling, bodybuilding, corporate world, college students, house-wives to achieve their desired fitness levels. Some of his subjects have been well known names at state and national level in body show competition, who have made him proud. It's his in-depth knowledge and insight into fitness and diet that has helped them achieve those levels in short period of time. He has also helped and advised aspiring models build their physiques.

He has also worked with people from corporate world  helping them with their diet and exercise regimen to get into their desired shape.

Watching people sweating out their guts for hours, putting their heart and soul into incorrect workout postures spurred him share his knowledge and experience, yielding the most appropriate and long lasting results.
