What ratio of each do I use to get the best results?? Can I boil coconut oil and add gooseberry powder to make it more concentrated?? Thank you.

  • Swarnalatha Yes, but sesame oil is better than coconut oil as sesame oil dyes hair better than coconut oil. 12.5g of dry amla, 50 ml of sesame oil and 200 ml of amla juice boiled to a consistency until the oil looses its moisture completely can be used as a regular hair oil for grey hair.

  • Nell Apparently unsulphured black strap molasses which is super cheap in the supermarket health food section can reduce grey hair but... over time, 12 months for a marked improvement, I've heard you should take up to 3 tablespoons all up throughout the day. Well worth the effort and patience because as far as I can gather it has many other health benefits, I'll be buying some tomorrow!!! Good luck to all of you.
