  • Yodee The present chart serves only as a good example, but not beyond. Shouldn't there be 5-10 alternatives for each meal?

  • Rasheeda Payal, I like this diet plan, it's very doable! However I have a question, I have an office job where I usually eat lunch at office with my colleagues. The food there is usually nan with Vegetable salan (like lobia, alo bhujiya, sometimes chicken salan, etc) I try to avoid the nan if the food is not spicy, but when it is, I have 1/2 nan or less than 1/2 nan. If im having this for lunch, how can I compensate it with dinner?
