Thai Cabbage Salad Recipe
Cabbage is cheap and full of antioxidants, potassium, folic acid and vitamins like vitamin B6 and vitamin C. Carrots are added for sweetness and provide beta-carotenes.

Ingredients (Makes 2 Serving)
- 3.5 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground fresh chili paste
- 1/2 tsp Minced fresh garlic
- 1 bag Shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
- Green-leaf lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Pour the lime juice and soy sauce in a small jar. Add the chili paste and garlic and shake well to mix. Set aside.
- Place shredded cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Mix well. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to mix.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
