Soya Rolls Recipe
Soya rolls is easy to cook with minimal fat. It makes a filling and balanced breakfast or snack in itself. Chapatti provides energy giving carbohydrates, and soya & egg whites provide muscle building protein with soya also providing the calcium required for healthy bones.

Ingredients (Makes 6 Nos.)
- Chapatis (made in the usual manner) - 6
- Egg whites (beaten with salt & pepper to taste) - 3
- Soya granules - 1 cup
- Mint (pudina) chutney - 6 tsp
- Chopped cucumber - 1/2 cup
- Chopped radish (mooli) - 1/2 cup
- Any masala (garam or chat) according to your taste
- A little oil
Instructions
- Soak soya granules in 1 cup water till it swells, then drain & cook like bhurji with less oil. Add salt & masala to taste.
- Dip each Chapati in beaten egg white & cook on both sides in a non-stick pan using very little oil.
- Apply mint chutney on each roll & spread some cooked soya stuffing on top.
- Roll the chapatis & place it on a serving dish, seam side down.
- Arrange chopped cucumber & grated radish all around.
