Pomegranate Jelly Recipe

Jelly lovers can make this recipe out of the healthiest fruit of all!! It is lovely for breakfast toast and biscuits.

Ingredients (Makes 1 Large Jar)

  • 4 cups Pomegranate (Anar) Juice
  • 5 cups Sugar Substitute (Sucralose)
  • 2 Lemons (juiced)
  • 1 can Liquid Pectin

Instructions

  1. Combine pomegranate, lemon juice and sugar in a large, stainless steel saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, and at once stir in liquid pectin.
  3. Then again bring to a full rolling boil, and boil exactly for 1/2 minute.
  4. Remove from the heat, and skim off the foam.
  5. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars, seal and allow cooling.
  6. Pomegranate Jelly is ready to be served. Fill it in to champagne glasses and use a few pomogranate seeds to decorate.
