Oatmeal Cookies Without Baking Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 5 Cookies)
- Oat meal - 2.5 cup
- Sugar / Sweetener - 2 cup
- Cocoa - 4 tbsp
- Low fat Butter - 1 tsp
- Skim milk - 1/2 cup
- Peanut butter - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Almond flavor - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in a bowl.
- Pour them in a pot and let it boil for 2 minutes.
- Add the peanut butter, vanilla, almond flavoring, and the oats. Combine well.
- Put on a wax paper in spoon fulls and let cool.
