Mixed Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 2 Serving)
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1 leaf cabbage (band gobhi)
- 1/4 tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 leaf spinach (palak) stem
- 1 small cauliflower (gobhi)
- 1 french bean
- 3-4 leaves mint (pudina)
- 3-4 leaves coriander (hara dhania)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (chopped)
- 1 pod garlic (lahsun)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. cornflour
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables finely all together.
- Heat oil in a pan, add all vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 3 cups water and bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, mix cornflour in the remaining water and add to the boiling soup.
- Stir continuously, till the soup thickens. Add the soy sauce, salt, sugar crushed chili and seasonings. Stir well.
- Serve piping hot with green chili in vinegar and soy sauce.
