Methi Paneer Paratha Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 8 Serving)

  • Bran flour - 2 cups
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled - 3/4 cup
  • Chopped methi (fenugreek) leaves - 3 tbsp
  • Finely chopped tomato - 1
  • Grated onion - 1
  • Salt - To Taste

Instructions

  1. Add the salt and hot water to the Bran flour and make dough.
  2. Knead well, divide into 16 portions and roll them out to make rotis.
  3. Spread a little stuffing on one roti. Then put another roti on top.
  4. Repeat the same for the remaining rotis and stuffing. Cook each stuffed roti on a tawa (griddle) on both sides till light-golden brown (non-stick pan may be used, so minimal oil is required).
