Methi Paneer Paratha Recipe
Fiber rich methi (fenugreek) teams up with calcium rich paneer to give a refreshing taste.

Ingredients (Makes 8 Serving)
- Bran flour - 2 cups
- Salt - a pinch
- Paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled - 3/4 cup
- Chopped methi (fenugreek) leaves - 3 tbsp
- Finely chopped tomato - 1
- Grated onion - 1
- Salt - To Taste
Instructions
- Add the salt and hot water to the Bran flour and make dough.
- Knead well, divide into 16 portions and roll them out to make rotis.
- Spread a little stuffing on one roti. Then put another roti on top.
- Repeat the same for the remaining rotis and stuffing. Cook each stuffed roti on a tawa (griddle) on both sides till light-golden brown (non-stick pan may be used, so minimal oil is required).
