Marie Biscuit Chocolate Cake Recipe
A simple chocolaty cake made with marie biscuits with no baking involved.

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)
- Marie Biscuits - 12
- Warm Skim Milk - 1/4 cup
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
- Unsalted Butter - 4 tbsp
- Powdered sugar substitute (sucralose) - 4 tbsp
- Instant coffee powder - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Make a mixture of coffee powder and milk.
- Dip each marie biscuit into this mixture and stack them on top of each other.
- Blend butter, sugar and cocoa powder. Apply this mixture evenly on all four sides of the stacked biscuits.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut it into slices and serve.
