Low Calorie Stuffed Capsicums Recipe
This low calorie stuffed capsicums made with all-natural broken wheat or brown rice are very easy to make. You can serve it as a breakfast or as an evening snack.

Ingredients (Makes 4 Serving)
- Capsicum - 4 no.
- Dalia (broken wheat) or brown rice - 1/2 cup
- Shelled green peas - 1/2 cup
- Tomato juice - 1 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Halve the capsicums & remove the seeds.
- Wash the broken wheat or brown rice well. Cook the broken wheat (or brown rice) & peas with tomato juice & salt.
- Mix in coriander leaves.
- Stuff mixture into the capsicum halves.
- Steam till capsicums are soft (5-7 minutes).
