Fruit Fun Salad Recipe

Fruits are full of vitamins and fiber, and not to forget that they are tasty too. Kids would specially love this salad.

Ingredients (Makes 4 Serving)

  • 100 gm Apple
  • 75 gm Guavas (amrood)
  • 70 gm Grapes (angoor)
  • 1 Sweet lime (mosambi) / Orange
  • 50 gm Cottage Cheese (paneer) - made from skimmed milk
  • 1 small bunch Mint Leaves (pudina)
  • 1 tbsp Lime or Lemon Juice (nimbu)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash mint leaves.
  2. Grind the mint leaves with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut paneer into small cubes and dress it with mint paste.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Peel, clean and segment the orange.
  6. Clean and wash grapes.
  7. Wash guava and apple and cut into small cubes.
  8. Mix the fruits and paneer together.
  9. Serve chilled.
