Dhokla Pizza Recipe
This low calorie dhokla pizza is a very nutritious snack for the health conscious people to relish.

Ingredients (Makes 4 Serving)
- Green gram dal (moong dal) - 1 cup
- Blackgram dal (Urad dal) - 2 tbsp
- Rice - 1/2cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Yeast granules - 2 tsp or Curd – 2 tbsp
- Tomato pulp with salt & pepper to taste - 2 tbsp
- Cabbage (shredded) - 1 small piece
- Capsicum (sliced) - 1 small
- Paneer (crumbled) - 100 gm
Instructions
- Soak rice and dal in water for 2 hrs.
- Grind the dal-rice mixture to a fine paste.
- Soak the yeast granules with salt in a little warm water for 5 minutes.
- Add to the dal mixture & mix it thoroughly. Leave it to ferment for 2 hrs. Or if you are adding curd, add curd to the dal mix and leave for 2 hours.
- Pour the mixture into a greased shallow vessels & top it with tomato pulp, shredded cabbage, sliced capsicum & crumbled paneer.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or steam in a pressure-cooker (as for dhoklas) for 15 minutes.
