tummy fat is not reducing though doing yoga since 6 mths
Q: Hi am weighing 81 and am 5/9 tall 34 year male. i have fat accumulated around tummy and which is not reducing at all. i am doing power yoga since last 6 mths and have even controlled my diet since last two months , i lost 2 kgs (previously was 83) but i feel my tummy is increased. i fail to understand the reason and my instructor too fails to understand why.
