Q: i am working out for weight loss these days.. i go to gym everyday.. i used to take 1 wheat roti per day during lunch,,, my trainer has asked me to take 3 missi rotis instead of that!! do you think he is right?? how many calories are there in a missi roti?? and i don't really like missi roti!!.. is there a alternative?? please help!! will be thankful!! :)

A: Hi Charmi , The missi roti is nutritious one, No prob to have but if u not like to have then you can choose soy roti(whole wheat +soy flour) or bran roti or methi roti or onion roti. Bread like whole bread or multigrain breads is best & good nutritional one ..
