A: Women need to start up with the light exercises and after 2-3 weeks of regular exercises we can start up doing more advanced exercises vigorously. And then we can try doing these exercises atleast 6/week and brisk walk regularly. Women need to do more of the concern area exercises like, tummy, inner thighs.
