Q: Dear Friends,
During Winter, I tend to over eat, drink lots of tea and coffee and become very lazy. How do I manage my lifestyle during this depressing season without pilling on any extra weight?
A: Why ain't nobody replying? Need your advice guys.
A: Take warm water or green tea after every meal. And of course, exercising is a must to lose weight. We tend to eat more in winters so if we control our diet, we can lose weight much faster in winters. Take lots of salad (carrots, radish, beetroot, tomato, cabbage) before lunch and dinner, so that you take lesser rotis.
