How to lose weight in winter?

A: Take warm water or green tea after every meal. And of course, exercising is a must to lose weight. We tend to eat more in winters so if we control our diet, we can lose weight much faster in winters. Take lots of salad (carrots, radish, beetroot, tomato, cabbage) before lunch and dinner, so that you take lesser rotis.
